What happens if the wedding and the reception are held in two different places ? We often play at weddings where transportation is required between the ceremony and the reception. Since we are booked for each of the services, there is no surcharge for transportation costs if these places are within a radius of 20 kilometers.  


How long do you play before and after the ceremony ?  We usually play 20 minutes of music as a prelude, before the start of the ceremony. This gives ample time for guests to settle. After the ceremony, we play 5 to 10 minutes of music as postlude.  


What happens if the ceremony starts late ?  DIn the rare cases where the wedding ceremony is delayed, we plan a musical prelude in addition to be able to wait for your guests during the wait. And do not worry - no musician will leave in full ceremony because we never do weddings one after the other. Please keep in mind that it will cost you 25€ per musician and half an hour extra. 


How to choose the music of my wedding ? It's your big day - and we'll help you select the music that reflects your style and taste, or creates the mood you want. We offer our recommendations for each part of the ceremony from beginning to end. Always for you, we have created many guides, including Music Suggestions for your Wedding, Music Themes for your Wedding and Wedding Programs , to help you in your selection. Be sure to have checked with the priest or rabbi any restrictions that may exist for your musical choices. Once you have finalized your choices, please complete and return the Musical Plan of your Wedding.


Are you present at the wedding rehearsal ? We do not usually participate in the other preparations for the wedding, but we can arrange for one of the Lady's Orchestra's musicians to be present if it does not conflict with her own obligations (100€ per musician, two hours of presence). The members of the Lady's Orchestra are very active musicians and often have orchestral rehearsals that remain priority.

What is included when I book the Lady's Orchestra for my wedding ? When you choose the Lady's Orchestra, you have more than 15 years of experience in the field of wedding music. Our services are included in all our wedding packages:

Can you also play at the reception or the reception after the ceremony ? Yes - and it is always nice for us to share the big receptions after the big event! We also offer you advantageous stamps if the ceremony and the reception of honor take place in the same place.  

Can I request two different sets for the ceremony and reception ?  Absolutely. We played for couples who wanted a foursome at the ceremony and a string trio for their reception. Others have booked a duet for the ceremony and a trio or quartet for their reception.
